FAQ
Does the guest need to install an app?
No. The QR opens a normal web page in the phone browser. Saving a contact uses a standard vCard supported by Android and iPhone.
What if I change my phone number or hours?
A dashboard change is immediately visible on the public card. The QR points to the same address, so printed materials stay valid.
Can I use my own domain?
The card lives at digipass.space/i/your-business. You choose the address when you sign up and can change it later.
Is a guest who opens the card tracked?
We don’t set cookies and we don’t store IP addresses. Visits are counted with a daily, one-way fingerprint that can’t identify a person or track across days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel in one click under Dashboard → Subscription. Billing runs to the end of the paid period, then the public card stops — your data stays saved. Only deleting the account in Settings permanently removes all your data automatically.
